A quick simple Q for you guys ..... how does one include a clickable AVATAR of fellow deviants when providing a link to them under comments ?

It seems I'm having some problem with the NOTES feature on Deviantart. My Inbox says I have a couple of notes in them , but when I try to access the folder , it says it's empty !?!?
Does anyone know why this is happening ?
